Here at the Dean Park Hotel, we have a series of function suites which will ensure we have the perfect setting to suit your business requirements.
Whether you are looking for an intimate gathering of a few people, or a large scale business conference, we have the facilities to suit you. Each of our 6 rooms can be set up according to your preference, with hotel capacity for up to 250 people, depending on layout.
We understand that sometimes arranging a suitable time for everyone to meet can be a challenge so our services are flexible – you can hire a conference suite for the morning or afternoon only, for a full day or just the evening, depending on what suits you best.

BUFFETS & DINING
As well as providing the setting, we also offer various add-on’s to make your day more enjoyable and productive, including tea and coffee, a selection of sandwiches, 1 or 2 course lunch or a hot buffet.
We are continually investing and expanding our range of conference equipment, so whether you require presentation equipment, PA systems, lecterns or AV technology, our events team and AV specialist can arrange the perfect package.
